I transformative agreements servono per modificare appunto l'intero
sistema, aprendo quindi anche ai paesi poveri l'accesso al contenuto e
quindi alla possibilità di partecipazione alla ricerca.
Già ora viene previsto un waiver per la APC per low-income countries.
Al Berlin14 uno dei maggiori sostenitori dei transformative agreements era
il rappresentante africano.
Colleen sicuramente può scendere in maggiori dettagli.

PS Anche al GO FAIR meeting in corso a Leiden nessuno si capacita di come
l'Italia abbia potuto firmare nel 2017 il contratto Elsevier in questi
termini.
