[Oa-italia] I: New transformative agreement with the American Chemical Society

Scusate, ma allora ci prendono proprio in giro!!!!
Qui in Italia la trattativa è ferma perchè loro non vogliono neanche 
sentir parlare di OA in fase di contrattazione e poi si siedono al 
tavolo in Germania a discuterne.

Sono parecchio arrabbiata in questo momento.
