    <p>Giro questa mail alla lista, dato che non mi pare di averla vista
      passare.<br>
      In teoria, dovrebbe essere la risposta alla famosa lettera
      pubblicata recentemente che esprimeva preoccupazione per il
      Plan-S.</p>
    <p>Personalmente non la trovo particolarmente efficace nè ben
      scritta, perchè molto generica.</p>
    <p>Lascio ad ognuno la propria valutazione.</p>

                on a short letter in support of immediate open access
                and funder mandates for it (implicit support for <a

                  moz-do-not-send="true">Plan S</a>). Please consider

              <div>A key reason for our effort is that another letter
                against Plan S/funder mandates was circulated a few
                weeks ago. With the help of extensive coverage from <a
href="https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-018-07386-x?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+nature%2Frss%2Fcurrent+%28Nature+-+Issue%29&utm_content=Google+International"
                  target="_blank" moz-do-not-send="true">Nature</a>, <a
href="https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2018/11/open-access-plan-draws-online-protest"
                  target="_blank" moz-do-not-send="true">Science</a> and
                many publishers, that letter now has 1,400 signatures.
                And EVERYONE covering Plan S or pushing back on it
                points to that letter. Moreover, Plan S architects are
                working hard to bring more funders into the group, and
                many funders are scared of grantees' reaction. Showing
                support for the mandates from researchers is very
                important.</div>
