repository per contenere, gestire, conservare anche i dati della
ricerca e diffonderli ad accesso aperto.<br>
Nel vostro caso i colleghi CINECA -Ricerca sono informati e i
repository OA gestiti dal CINECA saranno conformi alle linee guida
di OpenAIRE per i dati della ricerca, poi sarà responsabilità
degli atenei decidere cosa fare. Chiaramente anche le istituzioni
che gestiscono direttamente archivi istituzionali potranno
renderli conformi per accogliere i dati. Il punto è cosa
l'istituzione decide di dare sui dati della ricerca, una
riflessione all'interno è necessaria con i coinvolgimento delle
varie comunità di ricerca presenti. </font><br>

della ricerca dovrà essere affrontato sia a livello locale sia a
livello nazionale sul piano delle politiche e delle strategie

urge pertanto che anche in Italia si inizi a lavorare su questo.</font>

Horizon 2020 (2014-2020) è stato lanciato la settimana scorsa,
riportiamo le principali novità riguardanti l'accesso aperto.<br>

1. Obbligo di deposito delle pubblicazioni scientifiche
risultate da ricerche finanziate in OA in<b> tutte </b>le
discipline<br>
Come era stato già annunciato nei mesi scorsi, i grant
agreement prevedono il deposito in accesso aperto sia delle
pubblicazioni in tutte le discipline (entro 6 mesi per le
discipline STM e 12 per SSH) secondo le due strategie:
self-archiving e pubblicazione dell'articolo in accesso
aperto.<br>
Con riferimento alla possibilità di avere il costo di
pubblicazione dell' articolo coperto dal grant agreement,
mentre rimane valido che i costi della pubblicazione
dell'articolo in accesso aperto sono ammessi per gli articoli
pubblicati durante il progetto (vedi articolo 6.2.D.3of the
Model Grant Agreement). Si apre adesso una possibilità per la
copertura dei costi a progetto finito. A questo proposito,
verrà messo a punto un meccanismo che "testerà" la
fattibilità con un'iniziativa pilota nei prossimi mesi.
Dettagli maggiori su questa iniziativa pilota si avranno nel
2014-15. <br>

2. Si invita, inoltre al deposito dei dati della ricerca
raccolti durante il progetto i cosiddetti <i>underlying data</i>
della pubblicazione, cioe' i dati raccolti che validano
quanto viene affermato nell'articolo, l'invito diventa invece
più cogente per le aree che rientrano nel progetto Pilota per
l'accesso aperto ai dati della ricerca <br>

dovrà essere accompagnato di un DMP- Digital Management Plan,
tutti i progetti in queste aree sono tenuti a depositare sia
gli <i>underlying data </i>sia gli altri dati che verranno
indicati nel DMP. I DMP descriveranno il ciclo di vita della
gestione dei dati che saranno raccolti, processati o generati
durante la ricerca. Il DMP sarà obbligatorio per i progetti
che rientrano nelle aree del Progetto pilota. Potranno optare
per l'esclusione dall'accesso aperto i progetti che raccolgono
dati personali, o relativi alla sicurezza o o legati alla
proprietà intellettuale, protezione industriale o eve ntuali
progetti il cui principale obiettivo della ricerca sarebbe
compromesso se i dati fossero liberamente accessibili<br>

Tutti gli altri progetti in H2020 saranno invitati a
sviluppare dei piani di gestione dei dati ma su base
volontaria se rilevante per il settorei di ricerca .<br>
