Infatti e' il nodo che ruota intorno alle opere fuori commercio e
l'errore che fanno molti docenti/ricercatori quando pensano che i
titoli fuori commercio possano essere liberamente digitalizzati e
cosi' non e'.<br>
Sul sistema delle Licenze Collettive Estese (ECL) io lo vedo
scarsamente esportabile in Italia, appartiene alla tradizione dei
paesi del Nord. <br>
