Nel caso vi fosse sfuggito, <br>segnalo questa notizia di qualche giorno fa:<br>Aaron Schwartz, hacker (in senso etimologico) e attivista open access, è stato portato in tribunale dal governo statunitense per aver scaricato milioni di documenti (in PD, pare)<br>

da JSTOR. <br>La storia è leggermente complicata (non ha scaricato da casa, ma ha attaccato un laptop alle macchine del MIT, di nascosto), <br>e soprattutto pare che non sia stato accusato nè dal MIT nè da JSTOR, ma direttamente dal Governo.<br>
