The OA repository of the Indian Academy of Sciences
(eprints.ias.ac.in) is the largest repository in India. It uses
EPrints software and it has over 58,000 papers already - all of them
by the Fellows of the Academy. But not all of them have full texts
(because of publisher restrictions). You may look it up and give your
views and suggestions. Also make it widely known.
